Highjump | 1.05m | -As you get parallel to the bar, use your leg muscles to jump as high as you can |
Long jump | - | -In stead of jogging up to the pit sprint as fast as you can and when you jump us the weight of your body to jump the longest length you can. |
Discus | 9.69m | -Use your legs to throw the discus instead of just using your arms |
Shot put | 5.58m | -Hold the shot put in the tips of you fingers. |
Sprints | 17.39 seconds | -When sprinting breath in through your nose and out your mouth to regulate your breathing. |
