Gymnastics

For the past four weeks for gym we have been doing gymnastics. We have been using 6 apparatus -bar, beam, parallel bars, trampoline, mini tramp, and floor/mat. 

One challenge for me was doing a head stand because I get really light headed easily.

One achievement for me was doing a bridge because I didn't think my back was that flexible.

I have included my assessment form.

  1. Kia ora Lily. Well done on achieving a headstand even though it makes you feel light-headed. Do you get your blood pressure checked? Great work achieving a bridge too. Make sure you keep doing these so your back stays flexible. Mrs Hastie
